Will this help with my back/knee/hip/shoulder pain?

Absolutely. Most training programs ignore how your body actually moves, which only reinforces dysfunction.

We start with a posture and movement assessment, then build a programme that retrains faulty patterns and reduces unnecessary strain. Over time, you’ll move better, feel stronger, and rely less on quick fixes like massage or chiro.

What exactly is Semi-Private PT - and how is it different from group classes or 1-1?

Semi-Private PT gives you the personalisation of 1-1 coaching with the energy and accountability of a small group (max 4–5 people) - and without the price-tag of 1-1.

Everyone works on their specific movements, guided by a coach the whole time. You’re not thrown into a generic class - you're coached on the exercises that suit your posture, movement patterns, and goals.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level already?

Not at all. We meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re returning after injury, just starting out, or looking to fine-tune movement for performance (like golf, running or gym), your plan is built around your current ability and progresses from there. During the initial assessment we will determine whether 1-1 or Semi-Private is right of you to stat, but ultimately we will personalise everything to meet your level.
